Test of English as Foreign Language is one of the easiest and most boring exams. There is not much of a need to prepare if your english is decent. You might consider recording your voice in your computer and then listen to it, so as to know how you perform. Most of the people give TOEFL after GRE and so you might not even need to work on your Comprehension. Its a good idea to give the mock test in the TOEFL website.
Make sure that you give your choices of universities to which free scores will be sent while registering itself. As far as I know, it is not possible to give that information once you have finished your registration process.
